Patio slings are custom cut and sewn to order and are non-returnable/refundable unless we are responsible for the mistake.

If your slings do not fit for some reason (this is rare, we have been doing this for 20+ years) we will adjust them for free.

All parts and non-custom cut items are returnable with a 30 day return window.
